Delete your account

Foamies lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. From the app (fastest)

1. Open Foamies and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

2. By email

If you no longer have access to the app, email foamiesclub@gmail.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion". We handle every request within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

All of your account content is deleted immediately and permanently: profile, photo, sessions, spots, boards, messages, friendships, likes and comments.

What is kept, and for how long

• The text of messages blocked or reported by our moderation filter is kept for a maximum of 12 months, to keep users safe, then deleted automatically.
• No other data is kept.
