Welcome to Foamies. These terms apply to your use of our website and to joining our waiting list or requesting a surf-pro listing before launch. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

About Foamies

Foamies is a surf community and app being built by Théa and Lorène, planned to launch in September 2026. Until then, this website lets you learn about Foamies, join the waiting list, and — if you are a surf pro — ask to be listed. The app itself is still in development.

Pre-launch, work in progress

Foamies is not finished. Features, dates (including closed testing and launch), the availability of early access, and any surf-pro directory described on this site may change or may not happen exactly as shown. Joining the waiting list does not guarantee a place in closed testing or any specific feature, timing, or benefit.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waiting list or request a listing. By doing so, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and, for pro listings, that you are authorised to represent the business you submit.

Waiting list & early access

• Joining the waiting list is free and optional.
• We may email you about Foamies, closed testing, and the launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Closed-testing spots are limited and offered at our discretion.

Surf-pro listings

If you request a listing, you're asking to be contacted about appearing in Foamies. Submitting the form does not create a listing or any agreement; we will reach out separately, and any listing will be subject to terms we share at that time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your business.

Intellectual property

The Foamies name, logo, text, and design on this site belong to Foamies and its founders. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission. Any content you send us (such as feedback or ideas) may be used to help build and improve Foamies.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, submit false or misleading information, or misuse the forms. We may remove access or submissions that break these terms.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is" while we build Foamies. We don't promise it will be error-free or always available, and information about the app and its launch is subject to change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Foamies and its founders are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of this website or from delays or changes to the app's development or launch. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Foamies develops. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated date, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without affecting any mandatory protections available to you where you live.
